This advanced ceramic composite pipe utilizes a silicon carbide wear layer to deliver exceptional resistance to thermal shock, chemical corrosion, and particle erosion. Its engineered dual-layer structure maintains stability even under extreme gas velocities and rapid temperature changes. The pipe is widely applied in sintering machine dust ducts, high-pressure primary air systems, distributor elbows, and elevated-temperature ventilation lines across cement, steel, and smelting operations. The SiC-enhanced design significantly extends service life, reduces unplanned downtime, and ensures consistent, long-term performance in demanding industrial environments.
